David is the founder and Chief Executive of Lazarus. He has spent more than 20 years advising within financial markets and was head of research and a member of the Executive Management Committee at J.P. Morgan Cazenove.
Katherine has 20 years’ experience in financial services. A qualified accountant, she spent 14 years in equity sales at J.P.Morgan Cazenove and then joined the founding team at ingage, a fintech startup offering a ground-breaking corporate access software solution.
Joanna has 20 years experience within research. The majority of this time was spent at J.P. Morgan Cazenove, initially in Tokyo, but mainly in London where she managed the Research Operations and Control Room functions.
Giacomo graduated with Honours from Universitá degli Studi di Padova (Italy) in 2013 with a Masters degree in Economics and Finance. Giacomo worked for two years at BNY Mellon and now works with Darren Winder covering European Economics and Strategy.
Edmund has 17 years’ experience covering the utilities sector, firstly as a management consultant with PwC from 1996 to 2000 and then as an equity research analyst at J.P.Morgan Cazenove from 2001 to 2014.
Fernando has 18 years’ experience as equity analyst and over 13 years’ covering Southern European utilities at Espirito Santo Investment and MainFirst. Fernando is a CFA charterholder and gained an MBA at IESE.
William graduated from The University of Bath in 2015 with a degree in Mathematical Sciences. He works alongside Edmund Reid on the Utilities sector, and Carl Gough and Matthew Saperia in the Real Estate sector.
Carl has been researching and advising UK real estate companies for 25 years. During this period he worked as an integral member of the highly successful real estate teams at UBS Phillips & Drew, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan Cazenove.
Matthew has over ten years’ experience of analysing the UK and European real estate sectors, including five years helping to run a c.$1bn fund investing in public real estate across Europe. Matthew is a CFA charterholder.
Mike has been a consumer equity analyst for 23 years, including senior roles at Societe Generale Securities, NatWest Securities and MF Global. He has produced differentiated research on a broad range of companies within the Food Retail, Speciality Retail, Food Producers and Health and Personal Care sectors, across multiple global markets.
Kirsty has over 15 years’ experience in regulation and compliance. Kirsty spent 5 years working for the financial regulator (Financial Services Authority) and subsequently within a number of compliance departments including Coutts & Co, Morgan Stanley, Credit Agricole and Barclays Investment banking.
