Unencumbered by the demands and conflicts of a traditional investment banking model, we have the time and experience to collect, analyse and interpret large amounts of quality data pertaining to the UK real estate market and the key players within it. Importantly, we engage with our subscribers, debating our findings in detail and undertaking sensitivities and further analysis where applicable to help them make the best informed decision possible for their businesses.
Our product and service offering is premised around a number of regular research pieces that together provide a comprehensive view on the historic performance, and future prospects, of the UK real estate market and its listed constituents. We publish a weekly sector valuation product and a monthly briefing, the latter including a monthly thought piece on a relevant real estate topic. Utilising consensus estimates, the valuation product provides key valuation and performance measures on over thirty listed real estate companies. Importantly, we are able to place our own forecasts (derived from our company models which are updated and published regularly) in the context of consensus, allowing further analysis of how our views differ to those prevalent in the market. Our regular company and sector notes explore deeper intrinsic value analysis and or detailed analysis of a specific part of the UK real estate market.
